Whole dried
Destemmed, sun-dried whole chillies locked at 11–12% moisture. Packed in 5 / 10 / 25 / 35 / 50 kg jute or PP bags. Available in 8 export-grade varieties.
Chilli cuts
Uniform cross-cut rings, 3–5 mm width. Stem and tip removed. Popular for restaurant and food-service applications where whole chillies are trimmed tableside.
Ground
Specially crafted chilli powder blends for pickles and non-veg fries, with rich natural color, consistent batch quality, and no fillers or additives. Available in both high-spicy and low-spicy variants.
Crushed
Coarsely crushed dried chillies with skin and seed intact. The standard format for pizza toppings and table condiments across European and US markets.
By-product
Separated during destemming and cleaning, our chilli seeds are sorted, dried and packed for oleoresin extraction, poultry feed, and seed oil applications.

Sun-dried yellow chillies with a milder heat profile and distinctive golden colour. Sought after for colour-forward applications and cuisines where pungency is balanced with fruity notes.
